Caviar Salmon Rounds

This is so easy, there's really no recipe. But here's my idea.

Start with (unflavored, not garlic or herb) crackers or thin slices of baguette. Place slices of smoked salmon on top. Dollop with about 1 teaspoon sour cream or crème fraîche. Place about 1/4 teaspoon caviar on top of sour cream.

This recipe was designed for salmon caviar, which you can find for about 2 ounces for US$13. But you can use whatever kind of caviar your budget allows, from lumpfish for around 4 ounces for US$7 to osetra and beluga for around US$150-250 per ounce.
