8 oz Mascarpone
2-3 Tbsp Sweet Lavender*
Heavy cream as needed

Soften mascarpone at room temperature. When soft thoroughly blend in Sweet Lavender. Thin with cream to desired thickness. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Servings: 4-6
