Owner Lee Davenport has loved preserves since she was a little girl and her mom made jars of strawberry freezer jam from berries they hand picked. Pamplemousse Preserves are created from as much local produce as she can get her hands on with just a touch of sugar to achieve a sweet-tart balance. Commercial pectin is rarely, if ever, involved.
